As an application service provider, Sevista Technologies provides technologies that help companies create, manage and execute permission-based marketing, publishing and customer service functions using email as a transport. We insist that our clients conform to the highest possible standards of permission from email recipients and will never knowingly participate in the distribution of unsolicited email. Any data, including email addresses, used by one of our clients, are the property of that client and are used under the conditions specified by the client's applicable privacy statement.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Sevista Technologies will not sell, share or rent information provided by our clients.
Sevista Technologies will not sell, share or rent information collected by our clients as a result of using our emarketing products.
Sevista Technologies will only send personably identifiable information about your clients to other companies or people when:
- We have your consent to share the information;
- We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
- We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Sevista Technologies to provide a product or service to you (unless we tell you differently, these companies are contractually obligated to keep such information confidential and do not have the right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us); or
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process.

Sevista Technologies takes precautions to protect data on our customers' users and prospects. Access/Correction/Updating Personal Information
Sevista Technologies strives to keep our customer's users' personally identifiable information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information, including making every effort to provide you with online access to your registration data so that you may view, update or correct your information at the Sevista Technologies web site where it was submitted. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections.
